Host a Creative Bracelet Workshop Party at your location!

Our 1.5-hour guided bracelet-making experience gives each guest the chance to create up to two beautiful bracelets to take home.

We bring the beads, supplies and creativity directly to you.

Designed for ages 9 and up, our workshops are perfect for birthdays and other creative celebrations. Guests can have fun, get inspired and design bracelets that reflect their own style.

Best of all, the activity doubles as the party favour — every guest leaves with their own handmade bracelets.

What’s Included

Your booking includes approximately 1.5 hours of guided bracelet making, with additional time for setup and cleanup.

1.5-hour guided bracelet-making workshop at your location
Each participant can create up to two gemstone bracelets
All bracelet-making materials and supplies are provided
A skilled instructor guides and assists participants throughout the workshop
Each guest leaves with their handmade bracelets to take home

For setup, the host provides tables and seating unless alternate arrangements have been made.

Total Onsite Time: 2 Hours

Setup & Cleanup: The first 15 minutes of the 2-hour booking are used for setup, followed by approximately 1.5 hours of guided bracelet making. The final 15 minutes are reserved for cleanup and take-down.

Table Space & Seating: For the best workshop setup, we recommend having two 8-foot tables available—one for participants to sit and create at, and a second for displaying beads and materials. If needed, we can provide one or two 8-foot tables; however, chairs must be supplied by the host.

The Gemstone Experience

Our bracelet parties are built around choice, quality and creativity. Guests work with genuine, high-quality gemstone beads, with more than 100 different types of stones available to choose from.

Our instructors are knowledgeable about gemstones and can share information about their names, traditional meanings and properties for guests who are interested — or participants can simply choose the stones they love based on colour, pattern and style. We also help with bracelet design, colour combinations, spacing and overall balance so each finished piece looks polished and unique.

Parties can be customized in several ways. You can choose a pre-selected design or stone collection, have us bring the full selection for a complete free-for-all bead bar experience, or combine both approaches.

To finish each design, guests can also choose from hundreds of silver-tone, gold-tone and rose-gold-tone spacers and charms, allowing every bracelet to be personalized to their own style.

11 participants — $425
12 participants — $450

Workshops may be booked for fewer than 6 participants; however, the $300 base price still applies.

Additional participants: $25 each
Maximum group size: 12 participants

Payment

Payment can be made by e-transfer or cash.

Booking & Deposit

A $125 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.The remaining balance is due before the workshop begins.

Your final participant count must be confirmed at least 5 days before the event.

Weekend dates can book quickly, so advance booking is recommended.

Any applicable travel fee will be confirmed before your booking is finalized.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Your deposit reserves your selected date and is non-refundable. Cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 10 days notice.

We will do our best to move your booking to another available date.

Rescheduling requests made with less than 10 days’ notice may not be accommodated.

Workshops begin at the scheduled time and may not be extended due to late arrivals.

Important Details

Location: Available in West Ottawa, Barrhaven, Richmond, Kanata and Stittsville; outside of these areas, travel charges may apply.

Food & Decorations: Decorations are welcome. We ask that no food be served during the bracelet-making portion of the workshop and that beverages be limited to closed containers, such as water bottles.

Adult supervision: We ask that at least one parent or guardian remain onsite.
