All returns are subject to the Non-Returnable Items list and require the original receipt. 

The item must be unused and in its original condition, with all packaging and tags intact. 

There are no returns or refunds available for energy services (tarot, reiki, sound bowl, etc)

10-Day Full Return Policy

You may return most new, unused items purchased from Capital Crystals within 10 days of the delivery date for a full refund. 

Exchange Only Policy (11-30 days)

Items returned between 11 and 30 days from the purchase date may be eligible for exchange only or a store credit. 

After the 30 days of the date of purchase, there are no returns or exchanges.

10-Day Full Return Policy

If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, return it within 10 days of the date your package was delivered. 

All returns must be initiated by contacting us within 10 days of the package's delivery date specified by the shipping provider.

Capital Crystals is not responsible for return shipping fees. All returns are subjected to a 10% restocking fee.
